How does the hire work?
Simple. You choose your dates, send us pics of your setup area, we deliver the tub, set it up, and show you how to keep it warm.
Do I need electricity?
Not at all. Our tubs are fully off-grid. They run on firewood, not plug sockets. No noise, no wires, no stress.
How long does a wood-fired hot tub take to heat?
Usually between two and three hours, depending on the weather. We’ll give you tips to get it steaming quicker, and we can help light the first fire when we drop it off.
What do I need to provide?
Just a large, flat bit of outdoor space with enough space for us to get the tub to the area you want to set up in. You’ll need access to a tap or hose and a place to park nearby for drop-off. We bring the rest.
Can I use it in winter?
Yes, and it's mint when it’s cold out. Steam in the air, fire cracking, freezing breeze on your cheeks while you're soaking warm. It's unreal.
Can I hire a tub for an event or Airbnb?
Absolutely. Our tubs are spot-on for hen parties, birthdays, BBQs, wellness weekends and guest stays. Let us know what you're planning, and we’ll sort out the best setup.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes, as long as there’s adult supervision. The water gets hot, and there’s an open fire, so safety always comes first. Kids love it, though, especially helping with the fire.
I’ve never used a wood-fired tub. Is it hard?
Not at all. Most people are first-timers. We’ll show you everything when we deliver it and leave you with a quick-start guide. Plus, we’re always on hand by phone if you need a hand.
